THE MANIFESTATION

The Manifestation was conceived as a renovation project for a residential apartment. Great emphasis on space functionality led to a sensitive approach to space utilisation and the layout was created to accommodate the residents’ everyday needs generously. We used a long, bespoke dining table to center a whole lot of activities around it. The dining area functions as a place for hosting the guests but also for work, study in intimate socialising.

Brown and various shades of wood are given a strong presence throughout the place and are subsequently combined with green patches to reinforce abstract images of the forests. The result is a fully equipped urban apartment that from the inside has somewhat a feeling of a forest chalet; a manifestation for a sense of everyday beauty.
