Many recipes many learners, one room. The concept for this culinary school was that everyone would be encouraged to actively participate in the group learning process. On one hand, we wanted to have all culinary appliances in sight and ready to use by the tutors and the students and on the other, we want all unnecessary objects out of the way so that people could focus on what matters the most: the food. We created bespoke shelves to house a substantial volume of appliances while maintaining a ‘homey’ feel in the public kitchen.
